What is Agency Tap?
Agency Tap is an AI-powered platform that connects brands with their ideal agency partner. It supports the entire process, from discovery through to signing the contract, keeping everything in one place.
How does Agency Tap work?
Magic. Only joking, although that was the explanation our developers gave us. In reality, our AI engine uses multiple data points from a brand’s brief and each agency’s profile and case studies to identify the strongest matches.
Is Agency Tap really AI-powered?
It certainly is. Our marketing team calls it magic; our development team calls it months of hard work.
Who is Agency Tap for?
Agencies and brands of all sizes. We do the legwork to ensure brands are matched with the right agencies for their requirements.
Is it free to browse before signing up?
To create a brief, brands need to create a profile, which is free. Agencies that want to create a profile, add case studies or match with brands need to create an account, which costs £40 per month.

How does the matching process work?
Our AI-powered matching analyses the information in your brief against agency profiles, expertise, experience and relevant case studies. It then identifies the agencies with the strongest compatibility and presents you with a shortlist.
You can review each agency’s profile, case studies and compatibility score before deciding who you would like to invite to pitch. If the initial matches aren’t quite right, you can regenerate your shortlist.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need in a brief?
We make it easy to build a brief. We know that brands don’t brief agencies every day, so our platform guides you through the process.
Can I reuse or duplicate past briefs?
Yes. You can duplicate a previous brief and update it for a new project.
Are the agencies vetted?
Our moderation team reviews every agency that signs up to ensure it meets the criteria for joining Agency Tap.
Can I send an NDA before sharing my brief?
Yes. You can send a standard NDA through the platform before sharing your brief.
Can I shortlist multiple agencies?
Of course. We actively encourage it.
What happens if I don’t like any of the agency matches?
Although our AI-powered engine is highly effective, you can regenerate your agency options if you’re not happy with the initial matches.

How do I create an agency account?
We’ve kept it simple to create an agency account. Click the button below.
How much does it cost?
We’ve kept it simple: £40 per month, with no commission or additional costs when matching with brands.
What’s included in the subscription?
Your subscription gives you full access to Agency Tap for £40 per month, with no pricing tiers, hidden fees or commission on work you win through matched briefs.
It includes an unlimited agency profile, unlimited case studies, AI-powered matching with relevant brand briefs, direct messaging with matched brands, pitch and opportunity management, and access to the One Off Marketplace.
You can update your profile and case studies at any time, helping our matching engine connect you with the most relevant opportunities.
How often will I receive brief matches?
Because every match is based on compatibility with the brand, we cannot guarantee how frequently you will receive briefs. You can increase your chances by completing your profile in detail and adding relevant case studies. The more information you provide, the more accurately we can match your agency with suitable opportunities.
What happens after I’m shortlisted?
Pop the champagne and party poppers! Once you’ve reviewed the brief carefully, contact the client through our in-app messaging system.

What commission does Agency Tap take on One-Off sales?
Flat 5% meaning 95% is kept for you
Can I promote my One-Offs?
Of course! Feel free to shout about your One-Offs across your website, social or anywhere else!
What happens after someone purchases a One Off?
Please reach out to the client within 3 days of the order being processed and as long as you’ve not go any further clarifications, get cracking with the work – All monies is held in Escrow so you’re safe in the fact that you’ll be paid on time.
Payments & Billing
When does my agency subscription begin?
Your subscription begins on the day you create your account and renews monthly until you cancel it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Off course! We’d be gutted to see you go; however, if you decide you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do it in your account settings.
Do I get a receipt or invoice each month?
Yes, you can retrieve your invoices from your account settings.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Is there a free trial available?
We do not currently offer a free trial. Agency subscriptions fund our continued investment in attracting brands and generating relevant opportunities for agencies.

I haven’t received my verification email — what should I do?

You can do this in your account settings.
Can I edit my profile or agency details later?
Of course. You can update your information at any time by visiting your profile.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account through your account settings.
